Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. We offer USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs and estimated delivery days will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier's website or in your Shopify account.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events such as weather conditions or strikes.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at printsncrafts.co@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or errors due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Local Delivery: We offer local delivery for customers within 10mi radius from Pomona, CA. Please select the "Local Delivery" option at checkout if you would like your orders be delivered in person.
